## 3. Financial Terms, Subscriptions, and Refunds
### 3.1 Course Tuition (The 31 Journey)
Access to the flagship program, The 31 Journey: Digital Masterclass, is granted under the following payment options:
* One-Time Tuition Fee: A single, one-time payment of $197.00 USD. Upon successful processing of this payment, you are granted permanent access ("Lifetime Access") to the core course modules, subject to the active operational lifespan of the platform.
* Payment Plan (Installment Option): Five (5) weekly payments of $49.00 USD per week (totaling $245.00 USD). By selecting this plan, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your registered payment method every seven (7) calendar days for a total of five consecutive billing cycles.
* Installment Default: If any scheduled weekly installment payment fails, your access to the course, student community, and any related materials will be suspended immediately. Access will only be restored upon successful settlement of the outstanding balance.
### 3.2 Subscriptions and Recurrent Memberships (The Aviva Club)
The Aviva Club community is structured as a recurrent monthly subscription membership:
* Pricing: The recurring subscription is priced at $27.00 USD per month.
* Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same day each month of your active subscription.
* Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our concierge support. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
### 3.3 Payment Processing
All financial transactions on our platform are processed securely in US Dollars (USD) via certified, third-party payment gateways (including Stripe). DULA MEDIA LLC does not store or have access to your full credit card credentials. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment methods provided.
### 3.4 Refund Policy ("14-Day Guarantee")
We want you to feel secure in your decision to join our educational programs. We offer a 14-day, risk-free, money-back guarantee on The 31 Journey: Digital Masterclass course:
If you decide the program is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within *14 calendar days** from the date of your initial purchase (applicable to both the One-Time Fee and the first installment of the Payment Plan).

* After 14 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
* Subscription Exception: Recurring subscription payments for The Aviva Club are non-refundable. The 14-day guarantee applies only to the flagship course purchase (e.g., The 31 Journey).
